Usually first class but not this time!

I sent an email to your customer services regarding an order, that I had placed that afternoon.
What I got in return was a half page in some foreign language, possibly Swedish.
I emailed them again requesting that they replied in English, as I do not speak foreign languages.
The next reply was in German, I think, but was no better.
It was very frustrating, not to have my concern resolved . . I ended up phoning and a very nice young man hopefully sorted my concerns out.
We shall see . . . for I have not as yet received my order.

Quick, efficient service it couldn't have been bettered!

Titmuss' prices were very competitive so I placed my order and the service was very quick, efficient and all the information required was at couldn't have been easier!
My order was delivered within a couple of days whereas I was expecting it to take 3-5 days at least.....brilliant!
