Cheapest quote I found, they don't take a deposit, which made things a lot easier for me. You don't need to have both bits of your driving license to hand or any other ID as they check everything with the DVLA on the phone, which was very quick and simple and done with a very friendly member of staff. You have the option of reducing the insurance excess for a small fee, which I think is a brilliant idea as I'd never driven a van before and was a little nervous! Staff were available to answer questions before my hire online, answering emails within a few minutes in most cases, and first thing the next morning when I emailed in the middle of the night.
On the day of the hire, the van was exactly where I was told it would be, and it unlocked straight away. Keys and damage record were where they should've been too. There were a fair few scratches, but they were all listed on the damage report in the front, but it was fairly clean although not 100% spotless.
We had no mechanical problems all day and when we returned the van late at night the automated return phone system worked without any problems and locked the van securely.
All in all, a completely stress free hire experience that I will gladly use next time I need to hire a vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.
