Terrible service, damaged goods

My items arrived, two out of the three items weren't working. I contacted the help desk twice the day the items arrived about a replacement and never had a response! So I've paid for my items and only one of them is working. Poor customer service and poor quality of goods.

Hi Samantha, you should have received an email back on the 17th April at 9.05am. If this has not been received, it is likely that it may have ended up in your junk email folder, dependent upon your email spam settings. Obviously all faulty items can be replaced or you can choose to receive a refund. I have arranged for someone to call you to discuss your preference. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
