Flying out to a wedding on May 3rd and guess what... our flight was cancelled and Opodo booked as another flight that was 7 hours later!! We have to wait in Paris for 7 hrs whereas we booked it specifically for only a 1 hour wait... Obviously we will miss the wedding!
Now I have been on the phone for the last 30 mins trying to call their customer service line which costs .10 cents a minute!!!
All I hear is their terrible hold music... which I can describe as being even more painful than waiting and knowing my money is going down the drain.
You suck Opodo... Never using you ever again.
