Terrible customer service

We had a delivery arranged for a Saturday for a new bed and mattress. The bed arrived but no mattress. We also arranged to have our daughters old bed and mattress taken away. As a result she has spent 3 night on the floor. The deliveries department were unsympathetic and said 'oh well we're sorry but this happens sometimes'. I will not be buying from them again!
