I bought a refurbished electric scooter,I was very disappointed to say the least with the condition. It was extremley poor, bare cable sticking out on the brakes, split on the seat, wheels really bad condition. When I emailed fun4kids I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund as it was a refurbished item. I questioned this as it says very clearly on their website and description that it had a 100% refund if not happy. Ok they said. It took ages to get my refund back. My emails were answered only once every couple of days last thing in the afternoon. communication with this company is extremely poor. I will not buy from them again and overall this was an unpleasant time wasting experience.
