We purchased tickets through viagogo to attend a concert in the LG arena. These tickets were sent out to us in the post but unfortunately the delivery card was left in a shed that we do not use, which resulted in the tickets being returned. A week before the concert we realised that we still hadn't recieved the tickets, so we contacted the company to explain the situation. Their customer service department basically told us that it wasn't their problem and that it was our fault that we were not home at the time of delivery (baring in mind they dont state a delivery date or time) and both myself and partner work full time. To me this is poor customer care. We contacted the LG Arena ourselves and all they required from viagogo was our block, row and seat numbers sent via fax and they could have sorted our the rest by issuing new tickets to us. The company were not interested in supplying this information for us whatsoever, they completely refused to give us any information from which we could chase the tickets up ourselves and see if they could be resent out or send out the fax info that we needed, which resulted in us losing £200 which we paid for the tickets, and we ended up having to pay an extra £150 for two new tickets from the LG Arena. All this company were interested in was taking our money any aftermath they were not remotely interested in. The staff promised they would contact us back aswell as managment in regards to helping us, and they did no such thing. All we recieved was an email the day after the concert to say that there was nothing they could do to help us and could we rate their customer care by filling out a questionaire. WELL tell you what I wouldnt even give the 1 star rating to this company. We will definitely not use this company EVER again and would advise anybody else not to.
