Superb service and fast delivery.
The delivery on this order was incredibly fast - I ordered Sunday evening and received the package late Monday evening. The price is great, and on the one occasion I have dealt with customer service before (due to a courier error in the past) they were effective and helpful. I will definitely use Drinks Direct again!

Great Aftersales care 6 months on!
I purchased a set of headphones from these guys via amazon marketplace. 6 months later, they packed up. Not really expecting much, I got in touch, and within a day of sending them back, a new pair arrived in their place. All of my communication with customer services was fast, and their replies were polite and useful.
I will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Excellent service and incredible delivery time!
I ordered my item on the phone after some help deciding what to go for from a member of staff. It was delivered the next day despite me phoning at nearly five o clock! I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to friends.
