Their supplier was late delivering so the order was delayed without an indication on the order processing link. However, a phone call to Josh and Abbi resolved the issue and they made a generous gesture as compensation for the hassle in spite of the fact that the delay was not of their making (Dyson UKs fault!). Will buy again from Thurgo for sure, very nice honest people.
I called to make sure they had stock my size.
"Hang on, I'll go and check."
One minute later confirmed they did, and said that if I ordered before 2pm (I think), they would dispatch that day.
Which they did. Will definitely buy from BF again. :))
