As I live in Bahrain and 118 golf does not ship to Bahrain it was important to select items that were in stock and delivered in 7 days to a UK address so these items could be brought to me by a visitor. I ordered a number of items including 13 mid size grips. The web site showed all items in stock and a specific email was written asking 118 golf to confirm all items had been shipped. It transpires that ALL items were NOT in stock despite receiving an email stating all items were shipped. It is now over 4 weeks since the initial order and no confirmation has yet to be received that the balance items are now ready to be shipped.
118 golf have refused to ship the balance items direct to me in Bahrain despite many failings on their ordering and confirmation processess. In todays age why is it not possible to ship to all countries of the world like the majority of other companies ? I would have thought 118 golf would have made an extra effort to keep their customers happy and resolve this to my satisfaction, apparently this is not the case.
