I had trouble booking because for some reason the computer kept crashing and had to re-enter details about 3 times. I assumed I had booked for Friday 28th of March for our 45th wedding anniversary. Instead it turns out we were booked in for the Friday 28th of February. What a waste!. I'll put it down to experience and not touch Laterooms.Com with a bargepole.
When removing the name patch on the sleeve, the stitching was overdone on one side and had punched a 2mm hole in the sleeve fabric showing the inner lining. This slightly spoiled a perfect service. One bow tie was supposed to be self tying but the were both clip ons.
Over all, I was pleased with the fit and quality.
