Ordered an envelope Monday early afternoon, which arrived Tuesday. Posted the phone out Wednesday which was actioned/tested as working on Monday and money authorised for bank transfer on Wednesday which hit my bank about Friday.
Overall about a 10 day turnaround.
I order pretty much everything I need from Wiggle (easily £2,500+ thus far) and can't fault them. The service is brilliant, they price match should you need to, you're kept in the loop if an item hasn't come into stock when it should have, you can delay items to only be dispatched at the same time by writing a note on the order (although I can't find anywhere on the website it says this, but customer services advised me I could) and on the off-chance they get it wrong, they put it right and then some; I was once sent the wrong box of energy bars and had the correct box in the post the same day and told I could keep the mistaken box even though I said I was happy to return it next-day.
To date I've bought a carbon road bike, tools, parts, cleaning products, clothing, shoes and nutrition and will continue to use them in future.
The website could use some work (the search facility is a little off, for example, if you search for size 12 cycling shoes, it brings back shoes that are out of stock in size 12 (or equivalent 47/48)) but that's a minor issue.
