Pay to return?

I bought a homeplug Newlink 200Mbps and it failed after a few months. Kenable said send it back but there was no offer to pay the return postage (as would legally be required). i haven't sent it yet.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. If the item is faulty then your postage would automatically be refunded. Details can be found in our returns policy on the website.
