This system takes a bit of getting used to but after 5 days the weight fell off at a rate of a pound a day - lost over 3 stone already in 2 months and really delighted with the diet.
The Pasta Carbanara whilst a nice idea probably wont get used but everything else is fine sometimes adding stuff to it like pepper chilli etc to perk it up a bit.
I found it helps to do a graph of weight loss as it seems to give a mental boost when you look at it. I am well on target for 5 stone in 5 months and that's allowing for weekends off every month.
