Was forced to UK Mail as the company where I purchased the goods used UK Mail.
I had four deliveries, here is what happend;
1st Delivery was delivered to the wrong address
The item was re-sent and the delivery arrived with no problems
2nd Delivery arrived ok
3rd Delivery arrived opened and damaged, yet was told I still had to sign for it and complain.
4th Delivery arrived with no problems
if I had a chioce in these purchases, I would not use UK Mail
I have bought my last three TVs from them. They have had the best price for the Sony TV I was after, consistently.
Being an official retailer they give you the proper warranties and guarantees.
I found the staff really helpful on all three occasions.
Keep it up.

RESEARCH THEM THROUGH UK company registry - ONE OF THE COMPANIES NAMES EVEN HAS ACCOUNTS OVERDUE
(Again, the address is not their own AND DIFFERENT to the website)
THEY DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER ON ANY OF THEIR OWN WEBSITES
One of the their employees called me today, from telephone number [private data removed] promised a refund in 30 working days? I guess I will just have to wait and see. I asked where she was calling from, but she could not, I mean would not give me the full address, only kept repeating she was in Pope Street and would not answer the question.
In the mean time I have reported all details to ACTION FRAUD and alerted the my bank to chaise the issued refund.
I got another call from another employee a couple of days later, she tried to tell me she was located in London, yet the displayed number started +39, that is the international telephone code for Italy!
UK phone numbers start +44,
If she was in the UK when she called me, the +44 would not even be displayed.
She claimed she was at an address in Broadwick Street, I have shown is digital (search engine the company address). She even tried to get me to call her back on a completely different number to what was displayed as the callers number on my mobile. In fairness, that was a UK number.
They Claimed I would get my refund within 30 Working days. Guess what I still have not got a penny back.
I did finally get my refund later than they said (30 working days), only after I informed them they were late, I also got back in contact with my credit card company to chase it up and it worked.
DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM.
I purchased a Mega Bulb Pendant Ceiling Light SR2 by Sofie Refer. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged.
I emailed Nostraforma when it arrived to inform them and request an exchange. With absolutely no fuss they arranged for the damaged item to be collected (via UPS).
They then sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition.
I would purchase from them again and definitely recommend them.
Had a really good experience with this store. They are highly efficient, they contacted me to ensure all details were correct before dispaching my ceiling light, even though my order was placed on-line.
The item arrived as described the following day.
I've purchased a few items from Achica, I do have to say that I have not had a single issue them. They do brilliant deals, if only for 48hrs.
Sometimes the items do take a while, but it does state the estimated delivery dates when purchasing, I was more than happy with it. Yes they take payment immediately, but I didn't find that an issue either - You have to pay for what you want.

It was a recommendation on Trustpilot that lead me to Harts of Stur.
I found them a pleasure to deal with after having a bad experience with one of the rivals, pots-and-pans.co.uk. Their rivals have gone into administration, but took payment without being able to deliver. I had to contact the credit card company for a refund, before being able to purchase from Harts of Stur.
The service I received on the telephone from Harts of Stur lead me to ACTUALLY INCREASE my total spending by nearly £190
If I need to purchase anything they sell, I will use them in the future.
I have bought a few items from Dunelm, some I have reserved and collected in store, some I have had delivered. Got to say, I haven't had anything specially made, everything was boxed.
From my experience:
1. Store staff are really happy to help and have good product knowledge so I rate them 5star.
2. The customer services and after sales telephone team are really helpful and understanding. Twice I had to deal with them and on both occasions they were exemplary and performed above and beyond the service. Basically I received damaged goods, they arranged for new items to be sent, or reserved in store (my choice, as I was in the area ). All of this was relatively hassle free and the problems I had incurred were correctly dealt with.
AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM, I REALLY HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDING THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN BACK SINCE.
2. Reserve and collect system is 5star.
3. I HAVE had PROBLEMS with the delivery service. The first time the items that arrived were a little damaged, the second time, 5 out of 12 pieces arrived broken.
On both occasions this could have been due to the items not being packed securely enough in the box, or the Yodel delivery service. As a result of my delivery experiences, I would have to rate them 3 star. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as they do use YODEL. Change that, I reckon it will be problem sorted.

They DO NOT answer the phone and put it to answer phone.
They do not respond to emails
Had to contact my credit card company to chase refund.
