Since my post a few days ago I am saddened to say still Woucher have not resolved my problem & since showing initial interest after my previous post & have then gone on to show no interest in helping me get my money back.
After my previous post a gentleman from wowcher contacted me quickly seeming very willing to help I explained my issues & asked for a refund, he was very sympathetic & explained before my refund could be given he would have to talk to the travel agents as this is procedure, this made me positive & led me to believe I would soon be recieving my refund.
He asked if the travel agents could call me - I said yes. A few minutes later I recieved a call from a travel agents - who was not the travel agents I had booked with. In error he gave my number & details to a travel agents who had nothing to do with my booking & had no knowledge on my matter.
He rang & apologised.
He said if he had not heard from the correct travel company by 4pm on 25/4/2013 he'd refund my card. However a few minutes before 4pm he forwarded me an email from the correct travel agents KPX basically confirming my booking & a few minutes later I recieved the confirmation booking which was now 6 days later than they had first said & I have not heard from Wowcher since.
I am deeply upset & frustrated that wowcher put me in contact with the travel agents & have not contacted me since even though I have repeatidly stated I want a refund.
Not only have they breached client confidentiality by giving my details to an unknown holiday company in error, I have repeatidly confirmed I do not want this holiday or anything to do with KPX travel but yet they forwarded me a message & left me in the lurch with no concern of what happens to my booking or interest in my matter.
I have rang & emailed numerous times leaving messages for the advisor who was dealing with me to call back or any advisor as my issue has not been resolved I now feel I am being ignored & wowcher do not care about my matter any further.
Again this is a negative review I am in talk with my credit card company & have noticed many people are having same problems & I will be taking this matter further as Wowcher simply do not care that they have sold me a holiday through a awful company who have treated me badly, do not have the hotel stated on the voucher available, nor the dates, charged me extra money & sent no booking confirmation through for 8 days but took my money instantly. They have gave me abuse, shouted at me, lost my details & called me a liar accusing me of not booking a holiday. Wowcher do not care I personally feel as though I have been robbed.
