This is my first experience of buying from F18.
A couple of the items I bought needed to be changed to a different size and one item had part of it missing. Not their fault may I add, it was down to misinformation from the supplier. However, John has been fantastic, he called me to update me with my order and my returns. They honoured the accessory that the advert stated and has sent it out for me to receive within 24 hours.
I will without doubt buy all of mine and my husbands golf wear from F18 from now on.
It's easy to find fault with a service, but honestly, my experience was faultless.
