A horrible experience...when you feel apprehensive anyway, to be given little or no information, to have your name called out incorrectly 3 times, to be told you need a scan 20 minutes after you have just had one (by the person who had just done it) wrong information given by the optician; no care; no compassion; felt as if I was in a 3rd world country,,,and I was paying thousands to be treated so badly.Awfu! 'awful! awful!
