Opp v good pre opp v good after cear poor

My grip is the after cear after my first post opp checks I was unable to make a appointment afor my next check because you cannot book more than a month in advance which seems silly ,I have been busy at work and the time has rushed by its now almost a year since my opp and I have would have expected that you my have asked me to come in and have the check I missed or just a reminder.
