I dont understand how this company is still operating

Ordered a phone and tablet from carphone warehouse to be delivered today. Tracking the order all day it left the depot at 9.09 this morning then at 5 it was returned back to Enfield depot. I called customer service and spoke to MARK CUNNINGHAM hes utterly rude and patronising. Telling me he is on my side..... Found out the driver said my property was inaccessible......such a lie. I live in a house on a normal road anyone can drive down. The driver never called me...whats the point of having my number if u dont use common sense......so I asked for it to be delivered now and make sure the driver if he has any difficulty. I was told no it will be delivered tomorrow... I said ti him but surely if he didnt deliver that means he missed a slot so would finish early as there allocated.... He refused to answer then also refused to give me the address of the Enfield depot because the drive never left a card. So after that I called carphone warehouse to see what they could do they were so helpful. They called model themselves and told them to put it as special and urgent delivery and that the driver must call me when hes there. Also offered me a refund for everyday I dont receive the products as there on contract and they cant control the activation. Yodel are absolutely crap and words completely fail me......cannot wait for tomorrow
