Excellent sales and delivery. However after telling them the boot liner doesn't fit my 58 plate Astra they have gone silent apart from 2 pointless emails asking for photos and telling me their supplier says it is the correct liner. I don't care what their supplier say's I want the correct liner or my money back. I sent them a picture from another website with the correct shaped liner, they replied saying that's what I should have received. Well I didn't, so send me it.
After 2 weeks the correct fitting liner arrived yesterday. If the customer service had been better , a lot better. And the replacement process quicker I would have given Towequipe full marks, they did after all get off to an excellent start.
I will probably use them again if they have what I need at the time, and hope this experience isn't the norm.
