I'm waiting for a parcel to be delivered, the sender obviously thought he was doing the right thing, using Hermes via Parcel2go, but despite the on-line tracking showing that delivery has been scheduled on 3 separate days, and we have stayed at home to take delivery, the parcel still hasn't appeared. So I contacted the on-line live chat help and Leanne has done all she can to sort it out. She can't wave a magic wand to make it turn up at nearly 11pm tonight, but hopefully will be able to hurry things on tomorrow and find my parcel. Refreshing to find someone to help you late in the evening who is helpful and polite. I will keep my fingers crossed that I get my parcel soon. At the moment though, we have an unhappy sender and a very unhappy non-recipient!
