i put an order in for a specialised camber about a month or so back i ordered it the friday before a bank holiday weekend so its understandable that it was a tadd late (4 days) when it showed up the packaging was damaged , the helmut i had bought was out of its packaging and the box ripped i am undecided about the helmut but as stated in rules of your returns ''packaging and item must be unused'' would this affect me? ..
im very happy with the bike although i had only used it twice when i first took it out there was no air in the rear shock , i went to a friend who knew alot more than me about these things and he pumped the shock up for me for the ride
by the time i got back the rear shock was very slack and the back end very low i phoned tredz and they were very helpfull on the phone asked me to bring it straight in to have a look this evening i had work so i pumped it up onec more to make sure i hadnt overdone it with the autosag but in the morning before i rode home again only 40 psi in the chamber , i dont drive myself so i had to arrange with a friend to bring me over , anyway the long and short of it is they sent my back shock off to specialised to be tested or replaced its now neer two weeks later and a month since i ordered my bike in this time i have spent neer £100 on taxis to work and had to rent a bike for a biking weekend i booked in mid wales i understand that spanners get thrown into the works and they have no info from specialised but i would liked to of had a little bit more information on what was going on and a realistic time scale to when id have my bike back ,, im dissapointed more than anything because i know alot of people who regularly use the shop and they are always very happy so i do hope i am a one off i will continue to use the store as long as this doesnt happen again
