Absolutely usless, avoid if at all possible

They were a bloody disaster. The item ordered arrived a day late. When I tried to call the customer service deptartment they had closed. When I spoke to them next day (after waiting 35 minutes for them to pick up the phone) they seemed disinterested in my complaint. I was passed through 3 departments and finally onto the warehouse where the femal at the other end complaint to ME about the uselessness of their drivers! She then stated that he had attempted to deliver on the right day and specified that the driver had left a card timed at 1830 . This was a blatant lie. I had to take another day off work to receive this item. When I complained in writing they failed to return my email.

Dear Customer,

Please let me offer our apologies for the delivery arriving late. We have looked into the order and we can see that the mattress was delivered on the agreed date. The bed frame was due to arrive with you by a different courier and they did advise us that they arrived to deliver but the property was empty. The delivery was then re-arranged for the following day. We did receive your e-mail complaint and this was responded to by one of our managers as requested.
