Do a Google and then form your own opinion of Trust pilot, and see if you trust the contents, I did and don't.
I have also noted that you add "Review by confirmed purchaser" what checks are made by pilot review to verify purchases.
I note that you do checks when looking at reviews to ensure that the review is genuine, and that is good as you ask for receipts and various other proof, again, good idea.
But what about the positive "Reviews" praising a company, what checks are in place to check the validity of claims "Review by confirmed purchaser" as again, I am sure that this too could be open to abuse.
Just interested, as it might instill confidence if strict checks are done on all reviews, not just the negatives.
I've dealt with historically and they were an OK company but I think over the past few years they have gone downhill, not sure if a change of Management or other factors but my experience is that I would not deal with again.
Every excuse under the sun to talk down the price when buying, do a Google search and make up your own mind, for me, I stay well clear, there are better dealers out there.
I guess most people now with access to the internet know just how extremely poor this company is towards both Service and Customers, so I will not bore you.
Suffice to say if you can find an alternative provider then do so, stay clear of Virgin Media at all cost, they will only change when you do your talking by walking, which is what we did this morning.
Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Been with them since they first started trading, and every year I make the same statement "Never again" but I fall into the same trap year on year, but not this time. If they were the only mobile provider in the UK, I would NOT have a mobile. Contract ends soon thank goodness.
Attitude, couldn't care less if you stay or go, if they don't like what they hear on the phone, they transfer and then disconnect, it is a farce.
If they are taking money they are fine, mind, having said that, when I checked my account after last upgrade, they added five years to my contract!! (They changed back eventually as they had "Made a mistake")
There is clearly an apathy within the company from grassroots right to the top, and they know you won't complain as it get lost in the "Departments"
People really need to do the talking by walking, it's the only way they will listen as they currently believe that those that leave will not make a impact on their employment, so it's a case of "so what"
(F W Woolworths thought the same!)
One guy there that does seem to want to help is a Gerard Smith, if they were all like him then Vodafone would much improve, but don't hold your breath) But I guess he's one of those few and far between.
