The process was simple and fully explained. After reviewing the problem with my disc by telephone, it was easy to send the disc across by courier. The disc was inspected within 48 hrs as agreed and I was given the cost of recovery upfront. I received my cds in a couple of days. There was an issue with some of the data on one of the cds but they recovered that information for me quickly and emailed it as it was small enough to do so. Along the process, all the staff I spoke to were professional and helpful and always communicated back to me the same day.
