I placed an order online on 1st May, the confirmation said deliver would be between 2nd and 7th May. On 7th May I checked the order status, it said waiting fulfilment.
Today, 8th May it said waiting dispatch. Tried using the "contact fast response" page, none of the order query or cancellation links work. Took three phone calls, 10-15 minutes wait time each before I eventually got through to an agent who advised that the order was now ready to be shipped from their European warehouse, would I like to wait a few more days for delivery. I advised I wanted to cancel. I've just received a phone call from WAE who now advise that they can't cancel because the order is ready to be shipped, I will have to wait for it to arrive and then refuse delivery.

I was looking for a particular Pandora charm as a gift for my daughter but couldn't decide from pictures online whether it was suitable.
