I ordered my glasses several weeks ago and I am still waiting for them. I have written numerous emails, a letter and trying to telephone the company, I have heard nothing. I have not had any reply to my emails or letter. I cannot contact them by telephone as it appears not to be working and the glasses have not arrived. I have no idea what is going on and I would very much like the courtesy of some reply to let me know what has happened to my order. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company would be ..............................forget it, use somebody else.

I am still trying to come to terms with the new glasses which seem to be taking a while to adjust to my eyes. Normally by now they would be fine but I guess I will have to wait a little longer before they are finally settled.

It can sometimes take a little while for a new prescription to settle down, but if things aren't 100% in a week's time please contact us and we'll be pleased to help.

OK but nothing exceptional

The website was fine but email contact was slow and delivery was even slower!! I would not recommend this firm to friends. I was disappointed in the slowness of response and delivery. They also used Parcelforce and they have a poor reputation which may have contributed to the slowness of the delivery.
