This is the first time I have used a Courier and must admit that I found the website a little confusing and frustrating - many of the links didn't work. However, I did manage to book two parcels to be collected and printed out the labels, then realized that I would have to sit at home all day as the collection time was a 12 hour slot. I then eventually managed to find the on-line chat helpline (with difficulty) to ask if I could now take my parcels to my local drop off point. I chatted with Emma, who was really excellent - she was polite and patient and e-mailed me two new labels. I have taken my parcels to the shop and they are on their way. Thank you Emma - you are really great!!
