Unlike most online sellers, Argento charge postage in both directions i.e. for delivery and returns. If you are going to return an item which is faulty (provided they agree it's faulty) they will pay return postage - but only recorded delivery, a service which does not provide cover for jewellery of any value should the parcel go astray! And if you want to return an item bought online to a store they will only exchange not refund. I received an item which was clearly faulty and looked nothing like the photo on the website but customer services refused to agree and therefore would not refund my postage and I was forced to have a very unpleasant and stressful e-mail conversation with them. I had a horrible experience, would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE - Following my initial review above I was contacted by Argento by e-mail, telephone and post. They could not have been more apologetic and helpful. I have received a full refund including all postage costs and am very happy with the final outccome. Thank you, Tommy!
