Would not recommend

Unlike most online sellers, Argento charge postage in both directions i.e. for delivery and returns. If you are going to return an item which is faulty (provided they agree it's faulty) they will pay return postage - but only recorded delivery, a service which does not provide cover for jewellery of any value should the parcel go astray! And if you want to return an item bought online to a store they will only exchange not refund. I received an item which was clearly faulty and looked nothing like the photo on the website but customer services refused to agree and therefore would not refund my postage and I was forced to have a very unpleasant and stressful e-mail conversation with them. I had a horrible experience, would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE - Following my initial review above I was contacted by Argento by e-mail, telephone and post. They could not have been more apologetic and helpful. I have received a full refund including all postage costs and am very happy with the final outccome. Thank you, Tommy!

I am very sorry that you had this experience with Argento's returns, and personally having looked at the item you did return, it is very clear that the item certainly does not have evenly spaced posts around the necklace chain, which the photo on the website shows. I am at a loss as to how we have missed this glaring mistake, and am very sorry that this has happened. It really is not like our returns team to make such a mistake, and I will ensure that standards of inspection improve so that no other customer has a similar experience.
