I wasn't intending to leave any reviews for WorldStores, as I suppose, according to THEM my "issues" have been resolved. But, I have just read some 5* reviews for this company ,that, frankly I find totally unbelievable.- call me cynical maybe, but these are as believable as "Prachi's" reassuring promises to personally sort out the oh so rare little problems the company creates.
Worldstores have refunded my credit card with the cost of the mattress I ordered from them.... Eventually...I am still hugely out of pocket from this whole debacle. It was however, a very unusual set of circumstances. Never, has WorlldStores had these problems before. They were very personally concerned that I had had sooooo many problems, and just wanted to talk personally to me at every stage, to reassure me that they took it all so very seriously.. blah blah blah.
If you are very very bored and lonely, if you like letting WorldStores have the use of your hard-earned for a month, if you like the idea of spending hours on hold to PREMIUM RATE phone lines, if you enjoy being lied to, if you have room to store their filthy, disgusting mattresses for weeks, and if you really like using your work holidays to wait in for collections that don't happen- then great- I highly recommend ordering from them.
Ordered Mattress- sent wrong mattress after whole day waiting-which was also filthy INSIDE their packaging, and between layers of cheap nasty yellowed foam. No one answering emails or expensive calls for days ( unless you wanted to order that is)- lies, and lies and lies when I eventually managed to get through. Was told would refund immediately if I sent photos. Didn't happen. Told I would be refunded on collection- collection didn't happen- mattress collected after flurry of very angry emails, having not got passed premium rate hold-( at 5.10pm after another days wait). Refund didn't happen. Another set of lies by customer services who had "personally" decided to monitor this and put through refund. Didn't happen. I was in contact with my credit card company throughout, who assured me that no attempt to refund had been made even after WorldStores had emailed ME to say it was done. Sudden refund when I mentioned legal action. Remarkable.

I have an expectation-- reply from WorldStores " I am so sorry that you have experienced a problem etc etc--- we will be in contact with you shortly blah blah.....do not reply to this email...this account is not monitored...."
and I bet a flurry of 5* reviews hits this board in about 48 hours.
