I ordered a bed online for my elderly grandmother, the mattress arrived with no problems howervert he base did not arrive, I was unable to contact someone directly and discuss this issue, I was directed to use email facilities which I am fortunate to have however that is not the case for everyone and certainly not my grandmother. I was dissapointed to receive no further correspondence from the company, the frame eventually arrived with no explanation on why it was delayed and no prior warning for delivery resulting in distress to my grandmother.
