I have been booking since 2010 with Travel house uk because - once upon a time.....
In 2010, I got a ticket from airline website for KLM, got stranded at the airport, could not understand what went wrong as the airline failed to let me know of the schedule change.It was 7 in the evening that i had lost all hope stranded at check-in, flight had flown.
In desperation, I googled and called in to one of the travel agencies for a new ticket, spoke to one Victor Hunt, who proved to be a lifesaving saint. Instead of trying to sell me a new ticket, he took my details and contacted the airline for me, and had my date changed for the next flight - free of cost. It took him about an hour or so and many number of calls to me and airline. finally at the end of the evening, Airline rep called me to apologize!
Ever Since, Kenneth & I as well as the COKER family and friends have been booking with Travel houseuk.
The said Victor Hunt is now manager (no surprise), we have dealt with many agents within travl house, but found no difference in the level of quality customer care.
