I ordered a table from Garden XL listed as in stock and next day delivery. it wasn't in stock and took 9 days to arrive. The table is lovely, and they did tell me immediately that there would be a delay, but I can see from their site that they are still advertising it as in stock for next day delivery.
The delivery company was excellent, and helped me get this large piece of furniture into the house, although the packaging was crushed and ripped and there were a few small pieces of hardware missing that I will need to go purchase and replace.
In summary- high quality table, good communication but not in stock or available for delivery as implied. Outer box crushed and pieces missing.
If they had the item I wanted at the best price, and I wasn't in a rush then I would probably use them again. But I was disappointed this time as I had a garden party planned and no table when my guests arrived.
