I purchased an item on EBAY and easily booked a collection with parcel2go. Unfortunately the seller was an absolute nightmare and caused me lots of stress. The seller would never be there to give the parcel to the courier. Part of this stress was removed by the excellent customer service provided by parcel2go. I used the website and online chat feature to ask questions and re-arrange the collection a number of times. In the end I had to start a PayPal dispute with the seller but the parcel2go representatives including the very helpful Emma could not have been more helpful. They answered all my stupid questions courteously and looked after all my requests swiftly and professionally. They were brilliant. Some of my colleagues and friends were following my story and were also very impressed by the service I received. I will absolutely be using this company going forward.
