So easy no extra charges until it showed on my card an extra $45 plus

Found this company easy to use with no hidden charges when u pay next time u book flights I would tell you to use them UNTIL

I checked my credit card statement and found an extra $45.93 charge then tried all day to ring the Australian phone number to ask why and no answer had to leave a message for them to ring back tried over and over and never got an answer or a return call I would like my money returned and a phone call with an apology will I get it ??????? If I do I will change my view until then

No it isn't you have taken $1576.93 out of my account and that isn't my ticketed price also I have had my phone on all day and received lots of calls but none from you I have also tried to ring today and got your answering machine again and again and have had no reply I also started a ticket ??? And that hasn't helped either

I am sorry that you changed your mind and marked us with a one star this time. We have already tried to call you but no answer as well. We, however, have a 24h customer support working and I am surprised that you haven't opened any ticket to contact us as you would have been replied in some hours. The total amount you agreed in our website is the exact amount you have been charged for your reservation. A representative will try to contact you again.
One again we are sorry you felt like this, we would have loved just issuing the ticket without any disturbance to you.
