Used games titled as NEW, no customer service

Having ordered used and also NEW games, i must say there is no difference. They send an invoice titled it is NEW, but you receive a previously owned one with fingermarks and torns on it. As for the real used ones, with invoice USED, those games are messy and smelly with scratches. Customer service equals zero, they won't answer if they saw you are from abroad... I tried severeal times.... I don't care the fact that i ordered cheap items, communication with customers would have been elementary.

Hi Tamas - Whilst we do try to send out sealed items wherever possible, as we source items from our stores occasionally we are unable to do so as the boxes are unsealed so the games/manuals can be stored securely for security purposes (Particularly with older games or items which are low in stock). However these game haven’t been previously used and include all single use content such as DLC/Online Passes where applicable

We do state this in both the terms of our website and on the checkout page – however if there is any damage or problems with your game we are happy to refund this.

Can I ask which email address you were using to try and contact us so I can look into why you haven't had a response regarding this?


Excellent prices, fast delivery even to foreign countries

Having been a customer for years, I could say Zavvi is the most valuable online shop for me. Some problems occured in the last two months, but they solved them, and no problems at all.
