a good level of enquiries which of course is the most important thing but don't try contacting customer services unless you have lot of time - i currently have 3 problems with the website regarding our location map (which can't be amended without contacting customer services, the reply to enquiries draft response (which you can't send without adding a quote) and the quote (which doesn't total correctly). Having emailed twice i have now spent one hour 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone - i am giving up!!!
