I have payed ticket to Justin Bieber concert in Helsinki in July 2012. Now, before 24 hrs of that concert, I still havent that ticket! It cost me 325€,
I have send almost ten e-mail, and I have called them twice. I have given the new adress but still I haven´t that ticket. This has caused a lot of stress, work and costs. I don´t enjoy this anymore.
Still they are just saying; this is normal....
How they can trust that people arve always using combuter, waiting and watching when that ticket comes????!!!! My 12 year old daughter has already travelled 450 km to that event and now we don´t have ticket. She is crying-so sad!
This was the first and last time! How yoy´ll explain this???
