I purchased a voucher back in January for a steam cleaner.Sent e=mails galore,same own reply,same repetative answer.Yes I have redeemed voucher yes I have given you the code and the number required.I PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICES,OH AND YES i DO HAVE A NAME. BUT THE LIES TO FOB YOU OFF, SO NO MORE WASTING TIME i AM REPORTING THIS TO TRADING STANDARDSi WILL ALSO BE EXPOSING YOU TO THE BBC,.YOU HAVE MY MONEY BUT i DO NOT HAVE MY STEAM CLEANER.EITHER SORT IT ,I WILL GIV E YOU 24 HOURSto either inform me my cleaner is on its way or I will be taking this further
