I pleased an order for 20 apron's on the 10th September for tuxedo aprons & 6 days called chasing the order. I eventually had to make 9 calls over a number of days.
Each time I was told someone would call be back, only once did this happen. They eventually admitted they didn't have the stock & it had been sent direct to us from their supplier. 2 days later still no sign, this time I was told they were trying to chase them with the courier as they had lost them.
The next day when I called them again I was told they had sent another set.
17 days after placing the order & 9 calls from me with no apology or offer of compensation for the time spent chasing them the order eventually arrived.
Poor communication & customer service the only redeeming feature of this company is that they are the cheapest for this particular item or I would definitely purchase elsewhere.
We ordered Correx signs from Orbit Print and sent Hi-Resolution Artwork which was a simple single colour & very clearly Royal.
The signs we received were purple, we have been unable to contact Orbit Print by phone. The e-mail response we have had claims the difference in colour is down to the fabric of the sign.
We regularly digitally print clothing & promotional items & whilst there is sometimes a slight difference in colour depending on the fabric NEVER does Royal become Purple.
I would recommend avoiding this company.
