My order didn't turn up due to me putting accidentally putting the wrong postcode on the shipping address so I replied to my shipping confirmation to ask what happened to my parcel but no reply (the sending address isn't one that is read by proto-pic).
I then submitted a form on their website for order problems but no reply to that either!
In fact there was a reply that ended up in my spam folder!
Then they phoned me up and sorted everything out, they are sending out a new package free of charge.
So, lessons learned are -
Don't reply to order emails because those emails aren't read.
Check spam folder in case gmail mis-labels valid email as spam.
Put the correct postcode in when I oder something!
