I was at home all day, no one attempted to delivery parcel . however, online tracking states ' Delivery attempted, unable to gain access' . no card left, no way to believe that attempted delivery goods.
Then called to customer care , just music and IVRS which no where takes you. I am really frustrated , thought cool down myself by just waiting but to add up frustration , online tracking system hasn't changed after almost 16 hours( 24 + 16hrs)
unfortunately , this is second experience with GREAT YODEL!!
