It would seem alot of people are not happy with Swisstool. My wife ordered a knife as a Christmas gift then I read the reviews so suspecetd we would have alot of trouble.
Product was great - just as ordered. Even though ahe had asked it to be sent second class Swisstoll upgraded it to Recorded Delivery without being asked ensuring it arrived before the 25th December.
I would recommend it and use it again. It is true, however, they do not have a contact telephone number - SwissTool please take note. You could get rid of most of your bad reviews if it was possible to speak to human being. If SwissTool have changed Ownership they should publish the fact on their WebSite
If still concerned pay bt Credit Card and have product sent by Recorded Delivery - any issues credit card would have to refund.
