But a pain in the a*s to claim. Lost my phone, tried claiming, but they ask for so much information that it is basically impossible to make a claim which they will approve. anyway my advice, insure it through your bank, its easier and all they ask for is proof of purchase, police ref nr and the letter stating when the network provider blocked your phone, and the best part the i.e. with Natwest the phone is insured straight away and you don't even need to register it, There is no bogus 2 week waiting period. Just read your policy documents and you will see!!!
