Booked a place for 2 nights in Birmingham and everything went through. Easy site to use and sign up with. However the place I booked, called me a couple nights later saying they were not able to keep our reservation as its their policy not to accept Birmingham post codes. So they have to cancel my booking!!
I then had to book somewhere else to stay. Booking.com contacted me on the day of the first night stay and asked why I had cancelled my reservation, I advised I hadn’t and the apartments didn’t accept my reservation because I am from a Birmingham Post code. They then were quite helpful and said the apartments would have to honour our stay as nothing was mentioned on the booking.com website advising of this special policy. However it was too late by now as we had already made reservations elsewhere and the day I had been contacted on was the day I would have been checking in if all went smoothly. So a little late to offer help, however I was still happy that they were bothered and tried to resolve this matter for me. The customer service agent was very helpful. Pleased with the service even though we didn’t get to stay at our first choice of apartments.

Have ordered a few times. Brought a pair of boots that lasted me ALL winter ! So quite happy. However it is a pain to order. Usually not much items available in different sizes. It takes a long time to find something in medium to large sizes. Few items I have received that do not seem like the sizes I have ordered. However I was happy with this one pair of boots that lasted me so long. Impressed. Would order more if size 5 was available in the items I like. Lol. Overall good service.
I ordered some clothes from their website, firstly the delivery was late, didn’t turn up days after I was expecting it and nobody bothered to inform me of the delay, then they sent me the wrong items ! I then queried about returning the items as I didn’t want items I had not ordered. They advised me I will need to send them back at my own cost and they will reimburse me the monies back including my FULL refund. After I returned the goods back, they told me they would not reimburse me for the postage costs either way!! It took over 6 weeks to resolve, I constantly had to phone up chasing my refund, then they PART refunded me, because I hadn’t sent an item back which THEY HAD NOT SENT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. The customer service and representatives were awful! No respect what so ever for customers. I have, to this day never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life. They hung up on me many times and were SO rude! No manners at all. Disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. The quality of the items wasn’t good but I wasn’t expecting amazing quality either for the price I was paying but to take over 6 weeks to resolve a situation is ridiculous. Worst experience in customer service I have had. Definitely need to train their staff with some communication skills and customer service skills. Would not recommend using this company.
