Poor Customer Service

Ordered and purchased an on-line / email code for x-box live credits.
When code did not work, I telephoned Gamesbite for help.
Ended up phoning numerous times for the next 4 days - kept being fobbed off - first the lady had gone home for the day, then the chap had gone home for the day, by day 3 was told someone would phone us back but they never did and when I called again was told he had gone home. When I suggested I was concerned whether the company was genuine and that I would like a refund, they hung up on me.
This company may be OK if there is not a problem with the product...........but in my experience the customer service was disgraceful and I will not be using the company ever again and would recommend that others avoid it simply because of their failure to address customer service issues. Spend your money where it will be safe to do so and where you can get a refund if there is an issue. Gamesbite failed to do this.
