Excellent customer service, excellent product and speedy delivery!!

I work as a wedding photographer and have been looking for some time to upgrade my picture on DVD service. When I found there appeared to be plenty of choice so I filled in the Quote Form to get an idea of the prices. I was replied to the next day by Jeremy Medlin with a very informative email which included the full price list, suggestions about what other photographers have purchased to help with the whole presentation of the USB keys to clients and information about what I would have to do next if I wanted to see what my logo would look like on the USB keys. I replied with my logo and I was happy to find that I was again replied to by Jeremy who remained with me through the whole process, too many times you get different people replying to every message but this service was really excellent. Eventually I decided to go with the 16GB Halo Usb keys and I also got magnet presentation boxes to go with each of them. Jeremy informed me they would take 6 days to arrive and I was delighted when I got them after only 4 business days.
The USB keys look extremely professional, my logo looks great and I can fit full weddings on each of them so it saves me giving my clients 4-5 DVDs which they have to change to see the rest of their photos. I gave my first one to a client yesterday and they were equally delighted with it. I had to upload a photo of the USB key to my Facebook page to show my clients and the response was great;
I really cannot speak highly enough of Flashbay and Jeremy, the whole experience was excellent, there was no lengthy delays waiting for replies, Jeremy was very helpful and informative and at the end of the day I have an excellent product at an excellent price which is personalised for my business and which I'm more than delighted to give my clients!!!
I will most definitely be returning again!!!

Item already open

Second purchase from UN Sports Nutrition, my item was open when I received it, the cap on the bottle was broken and when the company called me I was informed a member of staff had already taken some, I was offered either a replacement or some "freebies" with my next order if I wanted to continue to use the product, in fairness to the chap that called me he was honest about the mishap but i still don't want to be receiving spoiled goods when I'm paying full price for a new unopened item. My replacement should have been delivered on Friday but the delivery company haven't been the most helpful to deal with when I contacted them 3 times on the day of the "attempted delivery"(I was at home all day), each time I was told the delivery driver would be back in a few minutes, they are now closed over the bank holiday weekend so I'm without my supplement!! Very disappointing service this time around I'm afraid, I will purchase again, I just hope next time that there will be an improvement or else I will have to look elsewhere!!!

Horrible Service and Theft

Unfortunately I returned to SimplyElectronics to make a 4th purchase, I have now had to cancel this order and I have not been refunded yet for the €2019.85 which I spent on a Canon 5d Mark ii, battery grip and 77mm Uv filter. This money was taken straight out of my credit card when I placed my order and SimplyElectronics have tried to use every tactic available to delay shipping me my items. I decided to cancel my order and request a refund after I became sick of their lack of service and total disregard for myself as a customer. If I dont receive my refund by tomorrow I will be reporting the matter to my credit card company MBNA and also to VISA.
I strongly advise everyone to steer well clear of this company. They are not reputable, they are not trust worthy, they do not care about you and they will gladly accept your money!!!
