I ordered vertical blinds and supplied the sizing for recess fitting, unfortunately no allowance was made on the track size (-10mm) to allow for free movement of the pull cords, after speaking with customer services on monday 22nd April who confirmed that the factory had made the tracks to exact sizes and not made the required allowances and that new tracks would be with me within 72 hours, I am a little disappointed that it is now Saturday 27th April and I have not received a) the tracks or b) any email confirmation of replacement tracks being despatched, but have received an email for me to complete a questionnaire?
