I am a diet freak and this is because I love food so much. Don't we all? But this diet allows you to remove food out of the equation for a while so you can get on track. Without the temptation it makes it so much easier to lose weight and without the difficult choices to make. I find it easier to maintain my diet but losing the weight is what I find so difficult when trying to diet. I am determined to get to my desired weight and stick to it with a healthy diet and more exercise. Two weeks in and have lost 9lbs and 14lbs to go.
